87. Mary Ann Foster. Per America. Tried at Middlesex, 9 Dec 1830 – Life. Transported for Stealing from the Person. Gaol Report- Not known at Newgate before. Married. Stated this Offence- Stealing from the person, once for disorderly Conduct, 7 days. I am not married. I lived with a man Wm. Thomas, 3 years, he came to the gaol to see me, he lives at Newton Street Holborn. Single. 4 years on the Town.
Many Conduct issues and punishments.
Q. Sessions 14 March 1840 – 2 years.
March 2 1840 Feloniously stealing 9 promissory notes of the value of 20/- each and other monies the property of Jno. Payne. Fully Cmmd. For Trial.
T. of L. 19.5.43.
Recommd. For a Cond. Pardon 16.12.1845.
Approved 1846.
