John Foy was 27 years old and was transorted for ‘Stealing Harness’.  His occupation was a ‘Labourer/Shepherd’ and his native place was Westmeath, Ireland.

Assigned to Samuyel Orphen at Hunter River on arrival.

1828 Census: aged 28, a labourer, assigned to E.G. Cory at Patterson Plains.

1831: TOL Sutton Forrest.

8/12/1831: Permission to marry Ann Sporton (Roslin Castle 1830 NSW) - he was 33 and she was 43.

29/12/1831: Married at Sutton Forest, NSW.
