Mary married another convict, Joseph Benjamin, with whom she had
6 children - 5 daughters and 1 son. 1 daughter died in infancy.
They were a respected family in Perth, Tasmania. Mary died October 15, 1870, aged 46 years, while Joseph lived for 90 years. They are
both buried in St. Andrews Anglican Churchyard, Perth, in a family
