William Wood, Thomas Stower, John Ford, John Holbrook, and George Gambling, for breaking open the dwelling-house of Daniel Williams, and stealing several pair of shoes, shirts, neckcloths, and other articles, Romsey—Wood seven, and Gambling fourteen, years transportation - Stower two years , and Ford and Holbrook ? months, imprisonment in Bridewell. Hampshire Chronicle, 9 July 1796. Wm. Wood, concerned with others in a burglary, was sentenced to seven years transportation; and George Gambling, a landlord, Romsey, for receiving stolen apparel, to be transported for 14 years. Reading Mercury, 18 July 1796.

In the 1825 Muster, Mary has her sister Ellen and her nephew Edwrad living with her. Ellen’s relationship with John Gost, having broken down. Storrs, Ellen, free by servitude, Nile, 1801, 7 years, washerwoman, Sydney. Storrs, Edward, 20, born in the colony, son of Ellen Storrs, Sydney.
