Rule of Court, Nenagh Assizes. To be transported for 15 years— ... Denis Gaynon, felonious assault. …. Cork Examiner, 12 August, 1842.




James Kennedy and Denis Gaynor were indicted for an assault on Michael Connell, on the 27th of June last, at Finroe, the latter for having fractured his skull by a blow of a stone. His Honor having charged the jury, they found Gaynor guilty, and acquitted the other prisoner. Southern Reporter, 6 August 1842.
