John Flinn alias Field, and Hugh Gilmore, runaways from Longbottom Stockade, charged with stealing sundry articles at Bargo, the property of Moses Kinley. Guilty, to be transported to a Penal Settle ment for seven years. 1848 - The Courier . Wed 26 Jul 1848 . Page 3 HOBART TOWN SUPREME COURT. THURSDAY, 20th JULY. THE KELLY-STREET MURDER. The Court was occupied the whole of the day in the trial of THOMAS LENNON, who was indicted for the wilful murder of HUGH GILMORE, in Kelly-street, Hobart Town, on the 12th June last.
