Charles Gomersall, age 40, Labourer and Quarryman, native place near Wakefield. Can neither read nor write. Tried for burglary of a drapers shop, stealing cloth and other articles. Tried with George Hale Joseph and James Hardson. Widower, 3 children. More details on the record of offences, etc.
