William Gould, 15, and J. Gould, 19, charged with burglary, at Thorington, ...
Ipswich Journal, 5 Aug 1843.

Wm. Gould, and John Gould severally pleaded Guilty indictment charging them with stealing a leather apron and other property belonging to the Guardians of the Blything Union. Another indictment charged Wm. Gould with burglariously entering a dwelling-house at Thorington, and stealing therefrom various articles; and John Gould, with receiving the same, knowing them to be stolen; to which they both pleaded Guilty. Sentence : Wm. Gould 15 years’ transportation, and John Gould to 14 years’ transportation.
