Mary Grace was 19 years old on arrival, she was a Kitchenmaid, and was transported for “Stealing Boots”.

18/1/1841: Application to marry John Anthony Dobbs, age 32 per John 1832, at Maitland.

28/9/1844: TOL Maitland
1846: COF

Mary did marry John Dobbs, they had 1 child, Susan, in 1843.

1843: John died after being struck by lightening.

Mary then married John Brennan (Andromeda 1830) in 1844. Seems they had no children.  John died sometime after 1851 and Mary was living with Thomas Grono.

Mary and Thomas Grono married C1856 at the Burton Street Tabernacle, Sydney.  They had 7 children.

3/2/1893: Mary died aged 67.

I have Mary Grace or Grayson, similar details but different husband. Born 1821 Dublin, similar 1822.
Married George cook (also convict) 26/6/1843. Was kitchen maid, sentenced 7yrs stealing boots when 17yo. Free when married, reportedly got 7 yrs but numbers look reduced sentence if free from time of marriage vs sentence.
