James Graham was 15 years old on arrival (From Ancestry Indents) although he was listed as 15 when tried 2 years earlier.

Native Place: Glasgow.

James was literate, protestant, single, 5’0¾” tall, ruddy complexion, light brown hair, brown eyes, dark mole and two small cars on forehead, scar on right eyebrow, two small scars on left cheek, mark of a scrofula under left jaw and right side of neck, J, heart,  inside lower right arm, scar on left knee.
