Henry was sentenced 5 April 1832. He received a 7yr sentence of Transportation to van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) for stealing a watch. He was a married man. He had several misconduct records and his sentence was extended suffering lashes and harsh treatment. (Ref. http://www.archives.tas.gov.au/convicts)
