ASSIZES. Worcester, … and Samuel Marsh, and Ann Griffiths, for being found at large before the expiration their sentence of transportation; received sentence of death. Bath Chronicle, 19 March 1801. and S. Marsh and Ann Griffiths, for being found at large after sentence of transportation had been passed upon them, having escaped from prison. Aris’s Birmingham Gazette, 16 March 1801.
