Pursuant to an order by the Sheriffs of the City Limerick, the following female convicts were transmitted to the Penitentiary at Cork yesterday, Browne, Mary Kevin, Hickey, Catherine Walsh, Bridget Ryan, Bridget Corry, Margaret Cle Licsora chy, Hurly, Mary King, bs a Margaret non, Catherine Ryan, Vul ins, Han. Catherine Eo- Scully, Neary : Sheehan, Bridget Bovenizer, Catherine Ryan, Mary Mary Hurley, Mary Conway, Margaret, Anne Grimes, Ellen Soeahan, Bridget Sheedy, and Mary ;The High Sheriff of the County Limerick transmitted. in pursuance of an order, the following, Bridget Ormsby, Conway, Margaret Murphy; Mary Murphy, Elen Honora Murphy, Ellen bt, and Cuthlane. Limerick Evening Post, 1 Feb 1831. At seven o'clock on Monday morning last, several female convicts were forwarded from Limerick on cars to Cork, attended by a military escort. They were followed for a considerable distance out of town by a crowd of their friends of both sexes, deploring in loud cries, the cruel separation. Tipperary Free Press, 5 Feb 1831.
