John Hardwell,39, brought by Habeas Corpus from Hertford Gaol, for fowl-stealing.
Gaol Report: Bad character. 3 times imprisoned for leaving his family.
Married with 7 children, wife Hannah at Great Haddow.
26/6/1835: John Hardwell died at the Colonial Hospital, Hobart, aged 39.
