Thomas Harper was born in Burnham, Norfolk. (Founders and Survivors gives a birthdate of 1804). Thomas was transported for breaking into a shop. He was 5'7" tall, dark hair, grey eyes, fair complexion. Thomas was married - wife Mary and 1 child at New Buckingham. 13/10/1843: CP 22/4/1853: Steerate passenger per 'Waratah" Launceston to Melbourne - Free by Servitude.
