Commuted from a death sentence, on 15 August 1815 at Lancaster Assizes, to 14 years transportation.Tried & convicted with Richard Harrison,Isaac Chapman,Edmund Stokes, Samuel Dean and Thomas Spence. Arrived Sydney NSW on 5 October 1816.
