Surrey Assizes. On Thursday morning no less than 13 were put to the bar, charged with feloniously passing away and having in their possession counterfeit notes, purporting of the Bank of England. From an understanding between the solicitors of the Bank and those of the prisoners, ... were allowed to plead guilty to minor offence. Their names were as follows: ... John Hart, … Windsor and Eton Express, 28 March 1819.
