Married Mary Hooper (Convict; Experiment, 1804) in 1838. Already had a son, Robert born 1805.
Muster and census records 1822 and 1825 show Mary as Mary Hooper. 1828 Census [Ref; H0963] show Mary as Hathaway but marriage was not formalized until 1838.
