DUNDALK ASSIZES. There never has appeared little on the Calendar of this County. There were very few records for trial, and even those were not tried, having been delivered too late to the Sheriff. The following were the principal convictions, and the trials contained very little interesting matter. Michael Heeny, for taking £264 British, property of Joseph Murphy, of Dundalk; to be transported for 7 years. ... Drogheda Journal, 12 July 1826.
