Catherine Hennessy was sentenced to seven years transportation when tried at Limerick Assizes in the week of 17 March 1809 “for stealing banker’s notes from Hugh Grogan.”
per Freemans Journal, 21st march 1809 p.3 [ referred to in newspaper report incorrectly as “Humphry”]
