Tuesday- Second day At half-past nine o’clock the Hon. Judge Jeer took his seat on the Bench. After the usual preliminary arrangements the following cases were disposed of:— ... Mary Hennessy pleaded Guilty to the charge of stealing several articles of wearing apparel— It appearing from the calendar that the prisoner had been twice before in Gaol for house-robbery, she was sentenced to 7 years’ transportation. Clonmel Herald, 25 March 1829.




Married: William Henry Jeffery (Convict-The Marquis of Hastings) 28th March, 1831 - Sutton Forest NSW. Both are buried in St Saviour's Cemetery, Goulburn, NSW.
