CONVICT DEPARTMENT. Comptroller-General's Office, 22nd November, 1882. In accordance with the Act of Council 6th Victoria, No. 18, I hereby give notice, for the first time, that His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to approve of the solemnization of Matrimony between the under-mentioned parties :— Charles Hermitage, " Forfarshire" and Elisabeth Smith, free, both residing at Hobart Town.
