Higgins Patrick, Larkins (2), 36, county Clare, brazier, 5 feet 6 inches, ruddy, freckled, and pockpitted comp., brown hair, light hazel eyes, two small scars on centre of forehead, perpendicular scar on left cheek, THPDMHBH on left arm, crucifix on right, scar on left temple, charged with rape, from James Garland, Hoare Town, since 26th December, 1840.
