James Hill was convicted at Co. Mayo, Ireland in 1815. Life Sentence. Transported to New South Wales, Australia per the ‘Guildford’ arriving 08/04/1816.

Aged 23; weaver; native place - Mayo.

Married Elizabeth Pearson in 1822 at Castlereagh.

Died 1871 Kurrajong, Hawkesbury district, NSW.
