21st May [1846]. JAMES DONNELLY, GEORGE HUGHES and JOHN MAGRATH were committed for Trial for attempting to murder STEPHEN SMITH and JAMES BROWN on the 3rd inst. ('History of Norfolk Island from the period of its Discovery in the year 1774', to-1 August 1854, by Aaron Price)
