Andrew Hynd, age 16 years Weaver son of John Hynd Labourer, of Rotton Row Dunfermline, Bred a Weaver continued in that occupation for 3 years untill about 6 months ago when his master had no further employment for him.
Charged with house breaking and theft of money and clothing, belonging to John Hutton Labourer, residing at Bells hill Dunfermline, Also theft of two chickens belonging to Tev William Dalziell.
Found Guilty and recieved 14 years transportatin to N.S.W Australia on GILDFORD.
Also James Donaldson Coalminer son of James Donaldson Weaver, age 16 years. Was discharged
