He was tried for house burglary at Surrey Assizes, sentenced to Life & arrived in NSW as a convict on 18 1 1812 after a voyage of 5.5months on GUILDFORD. He died in 1821 age 43. He was tried for counterfeiting coins/notes at probably Old Bailey, sentenced to 14years, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 16 8 1820 after a voyage of 5months on EARL ST VINCENT. He married firstly Catherine (Connor) on 19 3 1821 at Christ Church Castlereagh. He was a servant in 1826 & recorded in 1828 as a grocer.
