Michael Jones was convicted at Fort William on 15/04/1844 for shooting with intent to murder. 14yr sentence. Transported on the 'Tenesserim' which arrived Van Diemens Land on 22/12/1844. HOWEVER, Michael Jones, a European convict, accidently fell overboard whilst going to the head, on 10/11/1844. Signed by Col Sec in charge.
