Age 25 protestant married could not read or write Sawyer and shingle splitter guilty of setting fire to a gaol door in which another prisoner smothered. 5’ 4” black complexion balck and woolly hair black eyes ticked of leave 46/890 dated 3/7/1846 Allowed to stay in the Bathurst district. Also a note allowing Julien to go to carcoar dated 18/2/1847
