County of Louth Assizes. Friday, February 28. At ten o’clock, this morning, the Honourable Justice Torrens opened the Court. Patrick Kellady, for having feloniously sold a load of flour, entrusted to him by Arthur Matthews, and not delivering same, directed, and for having convened the money received to his own use, the 11th of January last. Guilty. Northern Whig, 5 March 1840.
