Supreme Court. ROBBERY. Stephen Kelly was indicted for having, on the 15th November last, assaulted one Thomas M Gee, on the Windsor road, and put him in bodily, fear, and robbed him of 11. in silver. The jury returned a verdict of guilty, and the prisoner, who was a runaway convict, was sentenced to be transported for fifteen years.
