The Indentures state that Patrick Kennedy was 30 years old.  He could not read or write; religion Catholic; status single and a native of County Tipperary.  He was a ploughman and reaper.  He was convicted of house robbery in March 1828 in Tipperary and sentenced to life.  He had no prior convictions.  Physical attributes - Height 5 feet 4 1/2 inches; complexion dark ruddy; hair dark brown and eyes hazel.  Transport number 17.
Assigned to Mr D. Wilson, St. Vincent.
Comment on record: sent to Norfolk Island.
Received ticket of leave in 1846 (number 46/434).
