Robert or John Little (he has records under both names) was 21 years old and his occupation was a “Miller’s labourer/waiter”, he was single and his native place was Cavan, he could read and write.

1844: TOL Scone. (Listed under Robert & John).
20/12/1848: CP

1835: Committed for trial for bushranging and robbery.  Forwarded to Sydney Gaol - Invermein.

1837: Aged 25, assigned to H C Semphill, Invermein.

12/7/1842: Scone - Application to marry Mary Ann Sweetman, aged 22 per Isabella - Disallowed as he must become free or obtain a TOL. (No record of this marriage on the NSW BDM).

Whilst Robert was assigned to Mr Semphill, Charles Griffen/Gritten, William Sullivan and Michael Collins were also assigned servants and it was Charles Griffen who lead them and other such as Robert to the bush and they became bushrangers.
