He was sentenced on 22 June 1846: Goal report:Never in prison before.Previous character not known.Prison reports good latterly. Noted this offence - stealing clothes and wearing apparel of Mr Price at Carlow. Single. Has a mole over left eyebrow. Height 5ft 8inch; Age 20; Sallow Complexion; Large head;dark brown hair; broad visage; eyebrows dark brown; eyes brown; nose, mouth and chin medium. Reads a little. Single.
