He was convicted with his brother James Lovell on 7th July 1829 for stealing a pig. Both were transferred to Prison Hulk ‘JUSTITIA’ before being sent to NSW on 28th September 1829 for 7 years.
Described as Age 26 Height 5’7” Hair Black/Brown with Ruddy complexion. Another brother John, was sent to Tasmania in 1832 for 7 years.
