James Lunny, for Bigamy. To be transported for seven years. The Crown prosecuted here. Rev. Mr. M Kenna, and brother and sister of the first wife were examined. There was nothing material beyond the mere facts. Enniskillen Chronicle, 21 July 1842.

Fermanagh, for assault, discharged. Surgeon’s Report, Good. Trade, Labourer. Native place, Co Fermanagh. Remarks: S, Nancy Mary Ellen Biddy.
