Singleton, T, Barret, Patrick Carthy, D. Finn, ~ Ryan, Thomas Deely, Cornelius Deely, John Mcinerney, Cornelius Normoyle, J. Brazil, W. Hurley, and Patrick Grady . Limerick assize. Michael Madigan was tried, for with others, on the night of the 29th of November, at Busha, feloniously entering the house of Michael Buckley, and forcibly carrying away his daughter Mary. Death. But recommended to mercy. Cork Constitution, 16 March 1826.
