Michael Malone, age 31, ship - Lord Sidmouth (1821), tried 1820 at Wexford, sentence 7 years, native of Wexford Co., labourer. Government and General Order. Colonial Secretary's Office, June 29th, 1825. The Governor has been pleased to approve of the following Appointments : In the District of Evan--Michael Malone (Lord Sidmouth), to be a Constable and Assistant Gaoler, in the Room of Phipps, dismissed for improper Conduct. Appointment to bear date the 26th of last April; Sydney Gazette, 30 June 1825.
