John Mann was convicted of stealing three bushels of beans from a lighter belonging to Henry Stevens, on the 14th Jan. last, and a  former conviction for felony having been proved against the prisoner, he was sentenced to be transported for 14 years. Norfolk Chronicle, 14 April 1832.
