ADM 101/68/7 Medical and surgical journal of the Southworth convict ship from 18 September 1821 to 13 March 1822 by Joseph Cook, Surgeon and Superintendent during which time the said ship was employed in a voyage to New South Wales. Folio 11: Thomas Martin, aged 55, convict; disease or hurt, rheumatic pains in the lumbar region. Put on sick list, 8 December 1821 at sea. Discharged 17 December 1821 cured.
