... The prisoners were ordered forthwith to be removed from the dock for transportation, means being at hand to effect that object. A large guard of infantry and cavalry were in attendance, and the prisoners were removed to the cars in attendance in the gaol yard. ... Baldwin’s London Weekly Journal, 2 July 1831.
