Van Diemens Land: Station Gang: Broadmarsh, 21 mths. Died at Broadmarsh 19/12/1844. Memo to Superintendent 20/12/1844.

Mark was convicted at the Royal Barracks, Dublin of mutinous conduct in threatening to shoot Sgt. Collins of the 16th Regiment. 14 yr transportation sentence to Van Diemens Land, on the 'Cadet' arriving 24/08/1844.
