His Lordship then proceeded pass sentence of Death on the following persons: ... James McGerrett, James McGerrett jun., Rohert McGerritt, Burglary and Felony; ... No specific time was was mentioned for the execution of any of these men: and his Lordship held out some slight hopes of mercy towards all, the county remained tranquil.
