Trade; Shoemaker. Aged; 25 years old APPROVED 1850 - 11 Sept. Husband deserted her - Returned to Govt 1851 - 10 June. Ticket of Leave. 1852 - 6 July. Recommended for a Conditional Pardon 1853 - 14 August. Conditional Pardon approved




In November 1844 at the High Court of Justiciary, Janes McKenzie, Agnes Marshall, Alexander Duff and Alexander Hogg were convicted of assault & robbery on 'a male from Northumerland in a eating house in Hyndford Close off the High Street and stealing £1/19/p-' (no further detail) and all accused received transportation for 14 years - see Scotsman newspaper 9 November 1844 p 3 on 'High Court of Justiciary'.
