Transported for Larceny. Gaol report – none, Single, Stated this offence, Stealing 25/s, once for money 5 times for same, 3 mos before Trial the next discharged, Single, Surgeon’s report, well behaved. Oct 18 1842, Insolence and using obscene language. 6 mos, hard labor in the F. Ho of Correction. Sept 29 1843. Absent without leave, Admonished & ret. to Govt. 10 Jan 1845. Ux Tait/ Insolent conduct. 7 April ‘47. Insolence, 4 days solitary conf. Cert 15/11/’46. ------------------------------------------------- Cornwall Chronicle, 7 Oct 1843.
