Jan 1824: On return of convicts received at the Establishment, Emu Plains, from Penrith. 31/3/1824: On return of fines and punishments inflicted by the Bench of Evan; deprived of his ticket and sent to Emu Plains for harbouring runaways. 27/4/1824: On lists of prisoners transported to Port Macquarie per 'sally'. April 28-Oct 8/1824: Re return of to Parramatta from Port Macquarie as implicated in a robbery at South Creek; also appears as Neal, Neil and Neale. 22/5/1824: Runaway from Port Macquarie. To be received into Sydney Goal. 21/8/1824: Attached to Port Macuarie, ordered to be returned. On return of proceedings of the bench of Magistrates, Parramatta. 15/12/1824: On list of runaways from Port Macquarie forwarded to Newcastle per 'Mars'.
