Mitchell, Thomas, 5 ft. 2, dark brown hair, grey eyes, aged 26, a bricklayer, tried at Kent March 1821, 7 years, per Malabar, born at Woolwich, woman and mermaid on right arm, anchor between forefinger and thumb left hand, absconded from Prisoners' barracks, Hobart-town August last.—Same reward. (£2).
