Michael Mooney was 41 years old, he was single and his native place was Galway.
Michael was 5’6” tall, dark sallow complexion, black hair, could read and write, suffered from scurvy on the voyage out, had scars on l cheek, inside right wrist, knuckle of 4th finger right hand, left eyebrow and top of chil, hairy breast and arms.

1844: Married Mary Durkin (Henry Wellesley 1837) at St. Mary’s Sydney. 2 children, Margaret, born 1845 Yass and Julia born 1849.
