Circuit Court of Justiciary, Glasgow. Henry Morgan, charged with returning from transportation. without being properly discharged, pleaded Guilty, and was sentenced to be kept at hard labour in the Bridewell of the County for 12 calendar months ,and thereafter thereafter to be transported for the whole period of his natural life. The Scotsman, 29 Dec 1832.
