Thomas was 24 years old on arrival in VDL. He was born in County Cork and had a scar on his right temple, light blue eyes, light red hair, 5’ 7" tall, single.
He was arrested for being idle and disorderly on 8/3/1875. He was a 66 year old man who had come to town from the country, gotten drunk and had no money. He told the Judge he was leaving to work in the country again and was discharged.
